Creating a welcome pack and brand development
Brief:
Develop the existing brand to be
more professional and attrack more customers.
Solution:
I was brought in as a partnership with a web developer to develop the brand identity for Frontline Fit.
The company was already well respected within the health and fitness industry due to the high reputation of the trainers, it just needed the brand to be developed to a more professional level and a clear tone of voice created. We began by creating a brand guideline document to get the correct tone of voice and overall style for the brand of how they would like to be perceived by new clients.
From this we then worked on creating welcome packs and information sheets. We worked on promoting the brand further on- and offline. One way we did this was by encouraging the trainers to write articles for a number of health magazines. While we have been working with them, the company has gone from strength to strength, opening many new locations and now opening it own private member gym in Manchester city centre.
