Mailers and letters

Brief:

To create a 4pp A5 leaflet and a 18pp booklet to go alongside letters to mail to prospective clients who have been mis-sold a Final Salary Pension Transfer.

Solution:

The main point of these was to highlight if people had a reason for a claim. This isnt a subject I was familiar with however I read up on the subject and learnt what the target market was and how it needed to be used, this is a vital part of understanding the clients needs.

The smaller four page booklet has highlighted questions and visuals to explain the amount people could have lost after transferring, the 16 page booklet, went into much more detail and was more of an informative piece. I have kept layout easy to navigate with subheading questions and pulling important data out to highlight key things.

All the graphs where created after meetings with the client, where we brainstormed what it needed to communicate. Then working together did many version to get it perfect.
